Alex Wang
Founder & CEO

Alex is an incoming freshman at Brown University and an activist in the neurodiverse community. Alex is exceptional at planning and creating events, especially for neurodiverse students. He greatly enjoys the sciences and loves to create science-oriented crafts. In his free time, Alex enjoys reading horror books and sharing his sweet treats with impoverished communities.

Ellie Hsu
President

Ellie has been Side's president for a year, and she has become a core member of Side by Side. From driving around LA to fundraise money to actively seeking out collaborations, Ellie has made great contributions to Side's mission. Ellie greatly enjoys tap dancing and singing Taylor Swift alongside peers at Side's Saturday events; she hopes to tap dance with you next!

Sabrina Ramirez
Public Relations

Sabrina is an incoming freshman at Claremont McKenna with a pre-law intent. Growing up, she has always been interested in the intersection between public policy and neurodiversity. She hopes to specifically target our education system by enacting policies that make it more inclusive for all students. Sabrina is also an environmental advocate and a women's rights activist.

Kealani Pastrani
Vice President

Kealani is our designated STEM expert. With her forte in engineering, Kealani shares her passion through her guided, Universally Designed, activites. Ranging from mechanical to electrical engineering, Kealani does it all and loves to teach others about her field. She hopes to one day become an engineer who'll build inclusive and universal designs for everybody to enjoy.

Jason Shang
Secretary
A senior at Arcadia High School, Jason's passion is bridging technology with inclusion. He strives to create programs that can support neurodiverse students in all aspects of life. Besides programming, Jason loves building computers and teaches his techniques to peers at Side by Side.

Ricky
Senior Manager

A Junior at Temple City High, Ricky is our media expert. She curates every Instagram post to perfection and greatly enjoys posting. She also loves sociology, teaching chinese and reading to students every week.
